Memory seats stopped working

We have a 2014 non PP SHO. Curious if anyone else has had their memory seats stop working as in not moving the seat to its saved setting and not even chiming when holding the button to save.

Is it only the seat that doesn't move when trying to recall a memory, or do the mirrors not change either?

The seats do move with the manual controls. It's just the memory buttons seem to have quit working.

Check both cables under the seat, I had one connection loose because of the seat moving back and forward when you enter/leave the car.
