I know alot has been said in the past(both good and bad) about RCM. I just want to let you know about my recent experiance. I was having AC problems(going in and out) and we originally tested and found the CCRM to be bad. I spoke with Mark at RCM and he worked out a deal on a used unit for me at a very reseonable price. I got the part in and installed it and (you guessed it) still had the problem. I contacted Mark and he had me send the unit back. He tested it and found that it was OK AND THEN he got back with me and helped us determine that our diagnostic unit was not working properly. We re-calibrated the unit and found that the problem was actually in the connector to the Climate Control unit. Mark worked out a deal to exchange the CCRM for a reconditioned Climate Control unit and the problem was corrected. The SHO is flying high and cool at 200k miles and my thanks go out to Mark and RCM. He went above and beyond in his assistance and his products. As someone who has been in the car business for over 30yrs, I understand the importance of professional customer contact and Mark handled all matters at the highest level.
