OK - I've been learning about the sensors and testing them. I went to test the MAP sensor and found no vacuum hose connected to it!!

Looks like it was broken off - but WHERES THE @#$%# HOSE?

I'm sure this is the reason it's run rich since I got it - never knew what a MAP was.

So if anyone can tell me where the hose from the MAP sensor is supposed to go, I'd SHO be happy!
It looks like it broke off at the MAP sensor - how much are these things? Thanks

half-way there, I think.
The SHO doesn't use the MAP sensor the same way as other cars do. There is no vacuum line to it, only an electrical connection.

The MAP sensor on these is a BAP sensor which is measuring atmosphere baro. pressure. No hose on these. I thought the same thing when I first got under the hood of my car also.

Thanks Guys!!!

I guess I knew just enough to be dangerous. So how does this thing get it's input? I have the Helms but I can't seem to find much on the sensors.
