The Sho sits in the garage 95% of the time. We were doing fall clean out and placing everything in garage until dumpster arrived.
Strong storm stirred up and the Sho got peppered with acorns. I saw at least 10 dimples before I had to just walk away:madflame:.
Has anyone had paintless dent removal done? I’m afraid to file comp claim since premium will likely go up.

OUCH! That sucks! Sorry to read this, Juicy! If you end up trying the paintless dent removal done, let me know how it goes. I bought my 2016 with a dent (a little less than a dime size) in the front lip of the hood. I might be tempted to give it a shot if yours is successful. Otherwise, I'll probably just live with it - but your situation would be pretty tough to do that.

Every car lot or dealership knows a technician that removes dints, it is often a self-employed specialist that makes the rounds on demand.

Ask around, they are out there.

A good PDR person will remove those dents easily as long as they can get behind the panel (which they almost always can). Ask around at car shows or used car dealers to determine who is good. 10 dimples will be an easy to fix. Good Luck. SJP

PDR will work , but it does depend on the person who does it. Depending on which panel is dented some drill holes in the jams to reach the dents they will plug with a grommet after. We have a guy in-house at my job. Also know a few others too. Avg $ per dent is around 30$. Definitly ask a local dealership in your area if they have someone or know of anyone. I’ve had them done on other cars of mine and u can’t even tell they were there. U should be fine. I know how ya feel man I would be SICK !

I don't think they are allowed to raise your rates for a natural event. At least in Texas, they cannot raise yours rates for hail storm damage. They can raise rates for the region but not for you specifically as they might if you had an accident. Acorns falling off tree is a natural event so might be worth a call to your agent to ask.

So I counted at least 20 dents on the SHO and another 6 on my brand new GMC. I called agent, and your right, no penalty on this being a comp claim. Can’t wait to see what this will cost outside my $500.00 deductible!

I had all the little and big dings taken out of my 97 Supra when I lived in south florida. They took their time and even got two weird dings out of targa. Was amazing. Car looked great.
I’m buying a 2015 sho tomorrow.

Choose wisely and you'll never know they were there. We use Dent Wizard exclusively at my work. Something from acorns would be a cake walk for the guys that are experienced. They have several different ways besides working them from the back of the panel. For small hail its common for them to use a glue pull technique, or a electric device that spot heats the are of concern. Just try to get a feel for how long the tech has been doing this.

Adjuster came out yesterday and cut a check for $1700.00 minus my $500.00 deductible. He recommended Dent Wizard
