main fuses

Can someone please tell me where the main fuses for the computer are. I was replacing the starter and someone the battery was connected and sparks flew now no electronics work. I am thinking its a main fuse, please help

Some are under hood in the back right hand corner if looking from the front bumper (this is for a gen 2)

Then the fuse panel in teh car by your left foot sitting in the driver seat.

Can someone please give me a diagram on the wiring of the starter? i dont know if i have it right. And would bad wiring to the starter make the car have no power?

The two red cables hook up to the out most post on the solenoid and the black one is connected to the piece that look like threaded rod with a nut on it. There is also a plastic plug that needs to be connected to the solenoid.
