So does anyone know of a place that makes one of kind lugs or rare ones? I'm thinkin about the Steeda ones but I dunno if they'll fit.

i am planning on buying 5 sets of locking bols, I know it is more expensive and time consuming, but i know that someone wont happen to have 5 different lock keys, on them if they try to steal the rims.

That seems like overkill. If any wheel theif wants your wheels, he will get them, regardless of the locking lug nuts you have on there.

Where are you getting your wheels from? When I ordered mine through TireRack they came with 'flush' lug nuts that have a hex looking adaptor that you need to install or remove them.
Also, any pics of that particular wheel? :thumb:

I am looking at getting the Foose Lusso 17"
I am not sure where to buy yet. so far the cheapest I have found was $300 a rim. and I just finished my system(for now) so I dont know when I am getting them. I kinda wish i could find the Stock rim in a 17 though, maybe a knockoff or something

If the 99 wheels were 17s I would be set. I love the 99 wheels, but 16 is a touch too small for my tastes. 17s are perfect for this car IMO.

I agree, the only reson the i want 17s is so I can put the 13' brakes up front, i wish there was a place that made them. if they made them lighter too that would be nice. now the question is painted or chrome? any thoughts....

IIRC, Borbet made a rim that was almost exactly like the stock 96-98 rim. I don't see them on Tire Rack anymore. They were available in a 16 and 17" size I believe.

Wow, just noticed these rims on Tire Rack:

Honestly, if you're spending $1100 on wheels, what's another $280?
I don't mean to sound rude, but if the second wheels are what you really want, I'd save up the $$ to get them.

I want back and forth as far as chrome/no chrome when I got my wheels. The chrome wheels were almost $100 more @ wheel, but I know I wouldn't love my wheels as much as I do if they weren't chrome plated.

True, but I'm more worried about wieght. The first ones are 16.5lbs in the 17x7 that I'll be getting and OZ doesn't have a wieght yet on the 2nd ones. I'll love them either way but right now it's a wieght issue. But if the 2nd ones are say .5lbs more then shur I'll probly save to get em but I'm just trying to deside right now. I'm leaning tawrds the 1st ones because they're very popular and are quoted to be the lightest and strongest solid 5 spoke rim out there. But then agian not to many people have the 2nd ones wich would make them more rare.

HELP ME OUT GUYS!
