Hey Guys, I'm about to elimnate the seconderies and i was woundering if anyone has welded the holes inside the runners?

No, just filled them with JB Weld and RTV silicone. FYI, the LIM is aluminum so it will need to be TIG'd.

I know that the intake is aluminum. The whole engine is. I wanted to know if anyone had them mig'd. I'm not ghettoing it. I want it done right

I turned a piece or aluminum rod down to -.oo1" the hole size and plugged the hole then tig'd the stock in and ground the excess weld. Turned out real good like. I have another LIM I am thinking about doing this too then selling it.

Turn the tude down. Daniel has no way of knowing what you do and do not know about the engine.

Silicone or JB weld both work great. The JB weld is harder to clean up as it requires sanding. The silicone is easy to get a clean fill but requires a couple of days to fully cure.
