Im lowering the subframe and I cant seem to get the passenger side lower arm to come out. I got the drivers side out with a crowbar and a hammer, but the passenger side is killing me. So before I get more frustrated and just use my recipricating saw on it, how do you guys remove it?

There are many ways to do it but I prefer to stick a long pipe between the LCA and the subframe then push down. Usually slips right out. I use a solid steel rod more more leverage.

If you are talking about the ball joint not coming out, the knuckle can tend to be real tight around it since it's a pinch joint. Carefully prying down on the top on the ball joint will loosen it up enough for removal by prying down on the control arm with a pry bar between the control arm and the subframe. You don't need a ton of pressure on the top of the ball joint to get it to start coming out.
