Ive been trying to find the reason for my power loss in the low rpm range. Its most noticeable from 1500 to 3000 rpm but i feel it all over the rev range. I have trouble keeping up with cars durring normal driving!! I also noticed that when in neutral it has major hesitation and sometimes even pops when i try and rev it. The computor wont give me any codes. Ive heard that if the MAF is bad and you unplug it your car will run better....mine dies immediatly.
What are your thoughts. Does the pro-m 75mm MAF come with new electronics?

Those are the same sypmtoms my car had when the MAF **** the bed. It did that occassional "pop" you are talking about. Sounded like one of those kids snap toys you throw at the ground.

Try unplugging the MAF when the car is off, then start it. That's what I did until I got my Pro M. I think unplugging it while the car is on, is too much of a rapid change for the EEC to relate too, hence the motor dieing.

And yes, the Pro M 75mm Bullet comes with new reprogrammed elcetronics.
