Loud noise with my heat on

I dont understand it but i hear it lol. When ever i turn on the heat in my car I havnt tried it with the ac yet it makes a loud grinding noise only somtimes not all the time it makes a loud grinding noise and when i accelerate it makes a bump noise in the front what is that.
