2010 125k miles. Recently lost boost but still had engine power. No cel or going into limp mode. Now has lost a lot of engine power. No oil leaking around turbos and knock sensor wires are no rubbing. Oil is in the throttle body tube. Used to make noise on start up but since loss of power it no longer makes the noise. Total stock car with no tune.

I would suspect faulty, failed, or bad turbo. One, or both.

Especially since you still have power, just not the same power, as previous.

It has lost some of the engine power too. When it first started it was just turbo loss. Now it doesn't have power below around 2200 rpm.

Faulty wastegate/BOV? The orange gasket on it in particular gets torn. The spring might break but less probable. This type of failure will be more frequent as these cars age.

Regardless, first thing to do is pull codes from the PCM, see if it provides any clues.

Any update on your situation? I am having similar issues, loss of boost. I am making ok power otherwise but much slower than it should be. I am thinking it is a vacuum leak somewhere, but have checked all the lines and all are intact and not leaking. no codes jus not building boost. with the BOV tubes off it will just blow off repetitively causing the car to stutter and not make much power.
I had these very same problems a month ago when a vacuum hose had come loose on top of the manifold, popped it back on and was good up until this week. checked the clamp i had put on there and it is secure.
Any ideas?

I would check all of the turbo piping and make sure it is all secure. But at 125K it is possible that you just need a new turbo.
