Where do I order a new clear, plastic cover for the instrument panel cover? There are some crazy discolorations that I cannot seem to clean off.

I would guess that it's been long-since discontinued by Ford. Maybe if you email Torrie at http://www.fordpartsnetwork.com he can find out, and even if it is d/c'd maybe he can find one on the locator for you.
Other than that, try to find a better used one, or get a MicroMesh kit and try to clean yours.

I just ordered it from FordPartsNetwork (thanks Torrie!) and it is part number FODZ10887A for about $30 with shipping.

I got one in my back seat floor right now if you wanna just pay for shipping. I was gonna slap it on my car, but I find myself just too damn lazy to pull the dash apart again. it's kinda dirty, but nothing that won't clean up.

Well, after receiving confirmation of the part number from FordPartsNetwork, then ordering the part, I received an e-mail stating that the part has been discontinued...Any other suggestions? I think I'll just go ahead and order the micromesh and see if that works, otherwise, I'll start hunting down the part at the junkyards...
