Looking to move out of my 03 Audi A4 to a real turbo awd. Came across this one at the place I bought my Audi. The add doesn't have photos but its black on black seems perfect accept for a few cosmetics. The front bumper has a dime spot in the paint where you can see the bumper and the tail lights have been dumping their chrome. I owned an 89 and 93 sho so have a soft spot for these cars. Was gonna offer 22k out the door and they pay off my Audi which is 5k owed and see if they could touch up that one spot. As far as packages front seats are heated and cooled with rearseat heat and headrest monitors and the sony stereo. Heres the link to the car 1 owner. http://garysmithfords.com/Fort-Walt...Used/Ford/Taurus/2010-SHO-Black-Car/40000948/

I thought for sure someone with a Gen IV SHO would've chimed in by now! Personally, I prefer the CPO deal just to know it's been looked over, all recalls performed (though not necessarily TSBs). Is there a warranty on the 2013? A warranty is a good thing to have especially due to all the electronics in these cars + it spares you the cost of any TSBs or other repair work that may need doing.

I think you could get the 2010 for 26K out the door with the A4 pd off. 22K is worth a try.

I have a 2013, and like the interior better than the 2010. The headrest monitors are nice if you have kids??

And with only 10K miles, i definitely like the 2013. Neither has the good stereo systems, so that part is a wash.

Looking at the pictures of the climate control, no. The '13 doesn't appear to have the heated/cooled seats.

Hold out till you find one that does. That and the adaptive cruise control is awesome.

Think that might be the plan can you get the suede heated and cooled in this generation?

Mine is a 2013 with the suede, heated and cooled. Back seats are heated as well.

All options other than the PP.

No, i don't have the Alcantara steering wheel and have adaptive cruise control. It is not a PP car, but I still have the Charcoal Black Leather with Mayan Gray Miko® Suede Perforated Inserts and front-seat embroidered “SHO” graphics

My White Platinum Tri-Coat Metallic had the nicer seats installed.

Interesting, didn't realize that was an option.

I love this car... Always have people asking me what it is... The 13' and up doesn't look like a sel. Front bumper is different, looks like a cop car. I had a guy come hauling ass up beside me the other day. He slammed his brakes on and stayed behind me. Pretty sure he thought I was a cop. Good luck with your search. By the way this car ran a 13.5 @ 103mph.... Faster than my mustang.. Lol

I wouldnt go with a 2010-2012 simply based on they are under braked compared to the 2013. The console has soft touch materials which are a huge improvement on the hard plastic in the 2010-12. The LCD gauges are much more pleasing aesthetically and have more information. They have LED tails instead of the ones that peel and arnt led. They have more comfortable seats aswell.
Also the Power package included on the 2013 includes very welcomed cooling upgrades to the driveline for people who love to pound on the gas light after light or track the car. The power package also allows you to disengage all the grannies like traction control and stability control.

I purchased a 2010 sho just about 2 years ago and ive had some annoying recurring problems with the car but after the purchase of a after marker warranty i wasnt really hit in the pocket to bad. Mine is also not a power package which really isnt that much of a upgrade for the 2010-2012 speed wise but im still really happy with the car. I get compliments all the time and its almost 5 years old with no exterior mods but tint lol.

I plan on getting A 2015 sho with PP in a few years or a 5.0/3,5eco truck.
