I was wondering if anyone in CT was willing to come to my house next sat and help with my rear shocks on my 96. I will supply beers(to who are of age) and food. I can do it myself but it is nice to have someone else that knows what they are doing. thank you

I have no idea what I'm doing, and no longer imbibe. What was the question?

My ass(sic) can't make it. Just didn't want you to think nobody around cared.
Get ahold of BobG, he's good for a couple free beers - though you need eyes in the back of your head lookin' out for ex-girlfriends with a penchant for revenge.
Where in CT are you? And I think if you sweetened the *** with some redhots on the BBQ or something to wash those beers down you'd hava yardfull.

I would certainly do a bbq but my grill sucks, on the other hand if thats what people wanted then i would just throw charcoal in it and grill the real way, Bob g said he was gonna be out of town, btw for beers i have tons of hienekens, so i hope that what you guys drink other than that i have a freezer full of hard liquor if that is your choice

Ya, BobG goes to an annual reunion of his old mates from the rig. In years past he returned somewhat disheveled and disoriented.

Sorry you're not getting any response here, but do keep in mind that the New England country fair and Fall Festival season is starting to pop.

if it was this saturday i would come all the way from AZ for free Heineken and red hots (only because i'd be in PA for work and have friday and saturday all to myself). just something to think about if you got free time saturday. dont know how far you are from PA.

just did the rear struts and springs in my 91 not too long ago. if its anything like that it's pretty damn easy.

it depends on where in pa you will be it is a about a 4-5 hour drive,(my sister lives in reading,pa) but it will be this sat(the 12th)

I was told that the rear struts in the gen 3 were the same as the gen 1/2, the only difference is having to pull out the back seat to get to the top 3 strut mount bolts

its cake... i'll let you know the nitty gritty when friday comes. i'm flying in to Baltimore/washington international. which could mean i'm working down in that area, or my boss is trying to save some coin by flying me in there and having me truck up to Philly instead of flying into Philly. he told me i was working in philly so i have no idea. all i know is i'm there tentatively and i have a strong emphasis on tentatively, that i'll be there tonight working, thursday night, have friday and saturday off to do whatever i want, then work sunday through thursday night and fly home friday morning.

it might make a fun weekend to drive all the way up there. i seriously have that kind of free time...

Like I said I don't have license but I have a small garage if you want to bring it down to me we can get it done, rain or shine. Plus I have plenty of beer.
