I would definitely discount for less than the full service. The majority of the labor on the timing belt change is the removal of the accessory belt and pulleys, crankshaft damper and timing belt covers. This same labor is need to access the CPS, front main seal and the water pump. The UDPs, however, are less of an effort without the removal of the timing covers, crank damper and timing belt.
