one things for certain here, I'd rather work with Mr Anonymous on cars then Rev hard SHO.....


so many people waiste money and time on cars without really thinking about or testing the right things....

and he's right, usually lean/rich codes are not bad o2 sensors.... if u see that code and go buy some new o2 sensors just for the **** of it... well your out 100 bucks

That's because it most likely was a CM code - which [again] is stored for 40-80 engine-run cycles.

I figured out also that my amplifier for my subwoofers have enough voltage capacity that when i disconnet the battery its useless, all my settings and clock as well as the ecm remain uncleared. hahaha.

i reset everything again today and now im stuck with just 176. bizzar. the 172 seems to have vanished on its own.

So I guess what you're trying to say here -- is that there was in fact a problem with the 02 sensor -- is that it?

Well getting down to it, the front 02 sensor was a cheap aftermarket job with a neon green wire sheath.

hows that for ****** in the wind
