Well its been a week now since Ive upgraded to the Stage 3 91 octane tune....All I can say is WOW! Its absolutely night and day in performance. Ive read that the MPG's for this car can go up with the tune...I wouldnt know yet b/c Im having too much fun with it. Ill be back in NC next week where they have 93 octane so Ill change it to the Stage 3 93 in a couple weeks. Thanks Livernois and Rick for all the help!

Should have done this long ago

Just got my tunes installed yesterday, 2010 SHO, PP, with a CAI as only mods so far. Now installed is their the 93 Octane, stage 2, and I'm loving it! Went to LMS, and could not be more pleased with the entire Staff there. Friendly, engaging, and chock full of knowledge they are willing to share. Gains are worth every red cent. Originally went Saturday, and some buffoon decided to try to climb a utility pole about 1/8 mi south of LMS during a white out snow squall. leaving us at LMS, and the neighborhood in the dark lest emergency lighting. Rick and Dave were the consummate professional's, yet it was out of their control, and no fault of there own that some poor sap discovered how well his/her airbags deploy. Anyway I'm happy as can be be with the outcome. :woo-hoo:

Thanks Rick and LMS, :hail:

After market parts

Is the added performance worth the risk then?
I own a 2011 SHO, and believe me, the after market parts are worth it. I purchased the Livernois SCT and was really surprised in the stage 2 . After a couple weeks, I had my son to upgrade to the 3rd stage. Wow, is all I can say. I'm 72 tyears young and still like fast cars and young women. It is totally unbelieve what changing a few things around.. As for the dealer knowing if you have upgrades, have it removed from the car..:omgsho:

Well here I am about 90 days later with my "now stage 3 tune" and could not be more pleased. Rick and the guys @ LMS are top notch. My nephew took his Typhoon into LMS last week based on my praise of the Top Notch crew @ LMS. So I'll be here in Livonia just having the biggest grin on my face. Oh Sorry to the Plymouth Rd. Chevrolet dealer with the Black Camaro out for a demo ride. Guess that customer went to buy a SHO after you got spanked @ Farmington Rd. ROTFL Thanks again Rick, the guys @ LMS. :hail: :angelnot:

Loaded stage 3 on Friday. How long do I have to wait to load stage 4+? Is time 3 days to switch?

If you are going to run 93 octane fulltime, and have had no problems with the 3 tune (e.g. pinging/detonation), only then proceed to the 4+ tune.

Hey guys, have there been any updates to the tunes in the last 2 years. I have Livernois stage 1-4 tunes here and Unleashed Tuning Stage 1-3 tunes. I'm wanting to sell them since I traded in my SHO. Appreciate the info.
Thanks

Hey folks, we here at Livernois Motorsports and Engineering would like to take a few moments to thank all of you for your business, and to apologize for our lack of time spent on the forum lately. Currently we are transitioning from a single person Rick, who took care of these forums to a team of 5 people (one of which is me, Chris) who will be able to better cover these forums, the distribution of tunes, and help with any questions, needs, or concerns you may have. We have had a sharp increase in the amount of tunes, emails, and message boards to take care of so it would have been far too much for any one person to stay on top of effectively. We greatly appreciate your patience and we again apologize for any delay we may have had in responding to posts.

To touch on some of the concerns with the tunes, Dan, our calibrator (who, just if you were not aware, was always who was doing the tuning, and always will be) is constantly tweaking and playing with the tunes to make them as efficient, reliable, safe, and powerful as possible.

One thing I can suggest to everyone is if you have a tune update you are looking for, or a specific item/question we can help you with, please send your request to [email protected]. We will be monitoring, and actively participating in discussions on the forum as well, but appreciate your understanding in this time of transition.

Thanks Chris! I'll be installing my tune later today. Hopefully I won't have the time to write you. I'll be out driving around and posting how cool the tunes are!
