Yes 100% Guarantee! And a 100% no refund too!
Our newest tune version fixes any previous issues. Our newest is V21 and we have tuned quite a few already on that firmware and no one has complained. We even had a guy drive down to Florida without issues. I currently run a tune on my vehicle without issues.

So you sold a tune with know issues? The complaint department was the same telling me the V11 was my car's problem so credibility is a bit shot.
I would like to try the V21 just after I cut off my balls with a rubber hatchet.... less painful for sure.

V21 adjusts the trans shifting better, along with adjusting the boost and other components better. I've only been here for a few months, so I have no clue what they have fixed from V11 to now, nor do I have any clue what issues they have resolved. I was given the answer of the new tune has improved from the previous version. I'm aware that we don't have a great reputation in the SHO community, which I have quickly found out, but I'm willing to help resolve any issues from previous experiences. Whether I change anyone's minds or not, as long as I know I tried to help rectify any sour experiences, then that makes me feel better. I'm not sure if you still own a MyCal tuner, but if you do, and would like to try the V21 tune, please let me know.

I’m waiting patiently for the V21 tune assuming that isn’t the one I’m currently using.

I did receive the tune and installed it Tuesday evening. I drove it to work yesterday morning (30+ mile drive to work) letting it learn a bit. On the way home I drove it as I normally would getting on it hard a number of times, 2 missed 1st to 2nd shifts although I will say it did find second faster after the miss than it did with the v20, one with a rather violent slamming into gear… Seems some of the cam retard was added back much like the “special” tunes given to those of us that had issues in the past…

Keep in mind that I’m the one that actually offered my car to Livernois to test with and get the tube fixed for everyone at the very beginning of the dumpster fire. I thought things were a done deal until suddenly you guys decided to give us a garbage tune for the “few” that had issues that added back all the cam retard and basically told me to pound sand regarding working with the company to actually fix the issue.

The only reason I’ve stayed is that I can’t justify spending more money on another tuner, I’d honestly rather stay stock than spend the money. This is my second SHO, my first was purchased with low miles and was a base model with only 20” tires as the only option above the base model SHO. My wife knew I wanted more options and behind my back had 3 dealerships looking for exactly what I wanted. She had me meet her at a dealership one afternoon and it was sitting there waiting for me, exact color, exact options I wanted everything. First car I’ve ever bought brand new for myself. We sold the 2011 for a bit over what was owed (quite a bit more than the dealership wanted to give us) and I used the extra to buy the tune from you guys because of the reputation you had on this forum…

While I do still run your tunes I consider the v10 the last good tune I’ve ever installed on my car and actively recommend others avoid Livernois. I’ve always said that everyone makes mistakes and don’t judge based on them however I do judge based on how the mistakes are handled and corrected.

My suggestion is to speak to Liv and ask if they have reset the KAM and transmission learning either in their tuner or from forscan if you need to manually do it. Ask them about the transmission learning being reset.

Look trying to assist - the best way is to drain the system, even the KAM reset doesn't always work

I just shot you a message to ask if you were having any issues or needed anything changed before I saw your comment on here. Please reach back out to me and I will help get any issues resolved.
