little question about these codes???

so today i got to codes p0020 and p0010 soon as i scaned it again they were gone..

P0020 A Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (bank2)

P0010 A Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (bank1)

well they are clear now and they cleared them self wth are this about.. seems as if every time i scan my car i find a new code.....

Was the engine light on?

oh yea it hasnt shut off yet

still got the other codes also


you should know these

p0443
and the p0455 came back... im ready to shoot this car up.. to bad the thing is near perfect besides the probs

You will never get the problems fixed unless you focus on one problem at a time. Pick a code that is always there a fix it. Then move on to another.

If you are getting strange codes that come and go then my guess would be a wiring problem.

thats what im thinking maybe ill go and pick up another harness out of a scrape yard car (yay fun,not) some of the stuff was unpluged for a long time(3years) i just cant figure out any way of digonosing that evap issue.. i did all i could with the prug valve with the tools i have, i have check the volt,and the ohms and all seems to be in range? when i test my valve, i blow thru it and apply power and then not so i know the valve its self works..

ok, stupid question, but would the "service engine soon" light be the same as check engine light on other cars?

Yes. It is actually correctly called the MIL or malfunction indicator lamp.
