List of Acronyms

I went looking for an explanation of some of the acronyms that are used here and this is what I got.

However, when I went to the open forums and searched, nothing to be found.
It would be good for me to have a list of these acronyms as a sticky at the top of this repair forum. I think someone posted recently that the EECM and the DIS are the same thing (I think).
Can someone find the list?

Nope, EEC and PCM refer to the same thing (the car's computer). The DIS is something different.

That is a great list, and just what I was looking for.
Any interest in putting it as a sticky, right under the "plug wire routing" in this section.
