just what the subject says. Is there a gasket or something that needs to be replaced? How much should it cost to get fixed? Thanks.

there is no gasket. there are three causes for tranny leaks. I'm guessing this is a 5 speed

1) axle seals
2) input shaft seals
3) you have launched a diff pin from the diff and there is a hole in the side of the case

if it is an ATX there are two pan gaskets one on the bottom and one on the side.

It is a 5 speed and the area of leak is unknown.
Well, as Shawn explained above in his post, the areas are the axle seals, the input shaft seal and the shifter shaft seal.
Also so if you could have launched the differential pin as I have in the past and created a hole in the tranny but I'm sure you would Know it by not being able to drive it.

You need to get underneath the car and really see where its coming from. If its too oily, then use some brake clean or whatever to clean all the oil off, then go for a ride and look under again to see if you can pin point the leak.

Thanks guys. But now another question. Whenever I first take off, and whenever I shift and let off the clutch, there is a quiet buzzing sound. It also happens when I hit the gas at low rpms.
