i started my sho today, its been sitting a couple months now because of snow, and i noticed the rear windshield has leaked a few drops which have frozen on my back seat. i dont have this problem in the summer and i wash it all the time, i'm thinking water got in between the seal and the body and them froze, expanded and created this leak. is this something i have to deal with or is there a way to fix it.

Could it be condensation that accumulated and happened to drop at a low point? If it doesn't leak in the summer when you wash it, that is a good sign it is a good seal. Warm air holds a lot more water content than cold air. Every night, when your interior cools off, that water "comes out" and collects, usually on your glass which is the coldest. Just a thought.

its coming from the rear lip of the headliner, and there was a 2 inch strip of sealant on the back window/ speaker panel. i hope its just condensation, i've seen other shos with ratty looking headliners in the same spot where the water is coming from.

Have the rear windshield seal checked. mine failed and got bad enough that the window shattered while I was driving down the road.

+1 At least to rule it out if it's not the seal. Mine has some wrinkles in it but doesn't seem to be leaking. I'd still like to get it replaced at some point though.

I had major issues with my 94 doing the same, it ended up being the sunroof drains leaking and dripping down the headliner, and both rear 1/4 windows.
