Sorry guys, terrible picture. Took me ten minutes to get the picture that good. Front turbo hose coming off turbo, is that slice bad? Could be the boost leak ive been looking for.
Thanks guys

Oh does the EPP all metal pipe system replace this also?

can you move it? if you can move it, it's leaking.

And yes, the EPP will replace literally everything between the turbos and the throttle body aside from the intercooler itself.

The pipe feels clamped down alright. Im just worried about the slice on the plastic coupler part. Ive been wanting to order the epp dual intake but ive been pushing it off, at least i got a reason to get it now.

hard to tell entirely. I did realize after that it is the intake side like you just mentioned, but yet the EPP dual intake still replaces that portion too.

One dual intake and hot pipes are done it replaces everything pre-throttle body minus the turbos and IC

Yeah, saw and noted this as a weak spot too while changing my hot pipes. If and when that flimsy rubber flex joint cracks open, it will allow all kinds of road debris to get sucked right into the turbo inlet. You won't know it's failed unless you visually inspect. Both turbo inlets have flex couplers like that. EPP pipes or a stock replacement part is the only fix I have found so far. Another design Ford really could have done better here.

Yea ive been having a boost issue since i had the engine and turbos installed. I feel better finally finding something broken. Ill order the epp system very soon and just keep the car put away till i get it. With the upgraded turbo cartridges and new engine and ignition and all i was never really able to unleash the car because of the constant boost dumps. Well with these pipes fixed then, i probably still cant outrun a Motorola with the car ;)

Blocked off the turbo side of the pipe and filled with water. Was leaking water out and i think water is bigger than air so yea thats a leak

being on the low pressure side it won't affect performance but you definitely don't want to eat an impeller...

Yea ive seen highs of around 16.5-17.5 on my sct. Its just cruising at around -3-+3 psi that the wastegate will go to 0 alot. Like 28-0-26-0-28-0. Pulsing over and over when crusing. Replaced boost solenoid with oem and all vaccum hoses. Maybe that little leak was messing with the boost solenoids reading. I dont know how it works, just figuring
