H&R’s, AD torque mounts. ;)

Somewhere between 2,000 and 2,200 RPM, pound or two of boost.

This, with 26 to 28 psi in the front, 40 psi in the rear with traction off.

All of the above. I've tried 2500 rpm launchs and torque management shuts me down, 2-2.2 is the sweet spot.

Yes yes yes but sometimes.....sometimes.....at a certain point.....in your progression of power......do you actually get faster....by launching with traction control ON. Try both with Dragy. The results might surprise you.

Everytime I launch hard with traction on, it hangs first gear. With traction off, never.

I have only tried it once, my time was faster with traction ON when I experimented although on separate roads. But as I look back the slope % of the road was +1.75% for the faster time with traction on and the slower time with traction off was a slope of +2.84%. As that being my only experiment, considering the sharper incline slope of the slower time I'll have to call this inconclusive.

Need more tests.Screenshot 20200404 073814 Screenshot 20200404 073758

I've always ran faster with traction control on. Best of 11.08 with 50 shot and best with traction control off was 11.11 however with a 75 shot. So power difference helped the 11.11 quite a bit.

How I launch however normally is I started with traction control on, 2000 rpm brake boost and let it rip. See sixty foot and increase or lower PSI depending if really good sixty or really bad sixty. I usually keep rear tires 32ish and don't adjust rears because likeliness to spin is not happening in the rears. Also can adjust launch RPM depending on the sixty, but I usually stick to the same launch rpm.

You want to find the happy medium between traction and overall PSI in the tires because rolling resistance down the strip is also a thing we need to account for. So optimizing sixty, but not over doing traction is the happy medium you want to find.

Also like stated above Anthony DiCunzolo's trans mounts help tremendously off the line then into the 1-2 shift. Used to have crazy 1-2 wheel hop before I put on his trans mounts. Even to the point where the car would be like nope **** you I am taking it out of gear and you are going to free rev.

Where can I find these trans mounts?
