I need to do a kwik-sleeve on my rear cam - as I must have scratched it when I used a screwdriver from the horrible angle to get the seal out. So - now it leaks and I'd like to know what would you use as a filler between the cam and the sleeve. I was thinking of using JB Weld as a filler. Any suggestions?

You will want to make sure to sand the scratch so that there is no material sticking upward to cause a lump when you install the sleeve.

Well it turns out I do need help with this installation. It is the rear cam, the one with the cam sensor on it. The cam sensor is removed as is the shutter wheel and the bracket that the sensor was secured to. However there is still the a "shroud" in the way. It has two 10 mm bolts on the top half - which I guess secure the bottom half to it. I pressed the kwik-sleeve on as far as it would go already, but I cannot access the the metal lip of the sleeve to tear it off as the "shroud" is in the way. Is all I have to do is remove the two 10mm bolts to remove the part that is in the way? Or do I need to remove the intake and valve covers - which I will be doing at some point anyway. Also - now that the sleeve is on I wanted to see if the seal would fit over the sleeve, but try after try, I can't get it started. It is a Timken - the one which has an outer face that is metal with the rubber seal on the backside of the inner face the small spring in the rubber seal. Just thought I'd describe it so you have as much information as possible. I was thinking of ordering one of the full rubber ones as it might have more give to compensate for the sleeve being on the cam now. Any help would be appreciated.

FYI you don't need to remove that metal ring if its rotation is not going to interfere with anything. I used hundreds of them in an industrial setting and only removed the ring if I really needed to because of clearance issues or the seal needed to go over that portion.
