So after reading umteen threads of Koni installs, everyone says that the konis are loose in their oem housings. Mine on the other hand are tight in fact one of the housings is so tight, I can't get the koni in at all. Mine are off a 92'. Has anyone else had this?? I'm not sure how to get the koni's in (press them)??

mine were so tight in there that i needed to use a rubber mallet right on the edge of the insert to get it the last 3-3.5 inches down in the OEM housing. and that is not going to rattle at all, even if you wanted it too.

i had a towel surrounding the cylider of the strut to make sure i didnt hit it even with the rubber mallet.
