Just be sure to get new mounting hardware (strut cups, and bearings for the front) and all should be fine. My 95 had this combo plus SFC's, STB's, poly bushings and larger swaybars and it felt great. ENJOY!

If my memory is still there from 8 years back we used to put a second strut plate under the tower to space the stut down a bit more (car up) to prevent it from rubbing the inner part of the dished area. Seems they sometimes liked to rub a bit if you had some neg camber in them.

I could be wrong a bit, it's been a long time. Seem to jog my memory tho.

Correct! There is a spacer kit available that rectifies this problem. As mentioned above it will raise the ride hieght. However, there are different types of strut mounts available that will also fix this problem. shonut has a good write up on extactly the pros and cons of the diff. strut mounts and bearings.

IMO this has nothing to do with the strut/spring combo.
