I have a 94 sho that did not come with the keyless entry pad on the drivers door. I am wondering if it was possible/how hard it would be to install one from another car? Any suggestions or comments welcome.
thanks

probably not too hard. I am pretty sure all you would need are the components from the trunk and the wiring up to the pad on the door. Then cut a hole in the door for the pad to match the hole in the donor car.

Better check for the wiring harness first. Without it your job becomes unreasonably difficult.

Go to a junkyard, find a car that has it, identify the harnesses and plugs, then go back and compare with your car.

The non keyless entry cars don't have the wiring. I looked into doing this on mine, and it proved to be a very involved job.
