Keyless Entry Color

Just wondering if it's possible to change the bulbs that back light the keyless entry buttons. I'd assume they're 194s (168s w/e), But I just need to know IF they're replacable

It's not that easy, they are solder in the button module. Also the button module is a "poured" unit, ie they put the parts in the rubber buttons that you push and then pour in liquid rubber stuff and it sets up. Getting to the buttons without messing up the whole thing is tricky.

Sounds like a trip to the boneyard is in order. Thats how I replaced the bulbs in my climate control unitl. Ford wanted like $8 a piece for them! But it sounds like it would be easier to replace the whole keypad.

IIRC they are LED's like the pwr window switches.
