I can't seem to pass this emission testing in Illinois but the car seems to be running fine. What are some of the things that keep the car from passing the emission tests.

What is the spout connector? where is it located. But here in Illinois when they test your car they put the wheels on the turning wheels and run the car up to 60 mph and if it's running that bad as you say then it might fail on that part of the test alone.NJSHO said:pull the spout connector, your car will run like crap (to you) but pass emissions with flying colors.
