KAM reset and crank relearn

Hey guys

My new built engine is almost done and ready to be installed. I'll need to do a KAM reset and Crank relearn procedure prior to the first start up. Is there any special instructions that need to be completed prior to completing these two procedures?

No, after you tune the car, before starting, go into special functions on your tuning device and you’ll find where you can do a KAM reset. Then start it.

Is there a crank relearn feature as well? I think there is. It’s been a while since I looked, or had it hooked up. You should be able to do everything you need with your device

Yes there’s a KAM rest and Crank relearn. Both can be done using SCT device. From what I’ve been told.

If you do the cam reset from me as SCT device. Make sure you go to the stock tune first.
