But it was great meeting everybody and I hope I get to be your neighbor. I now feel like Mr. Rogers after that statement.

The first houses I checked out were nice and new but a little small. Best thing about them was the Basement was as big as the rest of the house so the square was doubled. If I got one of them I would build a master Bedroom in the basement. The Dude at Jaqua is going to send me a few more houses to look at.

Well I should be good with a 2 car for now but I want some expansion.

I need a lift and a pit. I guess i should be lookin at some country type property instead.
