I have Flowmasters on my 91+.
In my opinion they sound better than any other brand I've heard.

It will sound good! You will find yourself rolling with the windows down and the stereo off for a couple of weeks.
I have FM 40s on my '90 and is sounds like two hondas racing each other:p The V8 sounds like it should tho :thumb:

You'll really appreciate the V8 when you get your mufflers on. Give them a little bit to settle in, then stand behind your car while you have someone start it up. You'll be like this

Any of you who have the flowmaster's have a picture of what they look like from behind? Just curious as I would like to put them on mine too.

In case anyone wants to listen to a clip of a V8 exhaust with aftermarket mufflers (Flo-Pro generic FlowMaster type mufflers):

Mark's exhaust

Be patient, sometimes it takes awhile to load for me.

ok, so i got them on, and they sound great. mcgilles your right, they are a little quieter than i expected, in the next couple weeks ill probly have the resonator removed, and if that doesnt help maby ill drop in a cuttout :) but im already getting some looks, on my way home some guy in a vette looked at me very puzzled. fun :) btw, i think it sounds the best at idle, then at 2-3k very beasty.

I want to ditch my car's resonator, right now I still have that on, the 3rd muffler was removed when I mounted the cutout, actually removing that did make a noticable change in volume.

I get confused looks from all kinds of people, especially if the cutout is cracked open a bit

I put Dynomax Super Turbos on my SHO last weekend. I feel like I wasted my money. They're good mufflers, but aren't perceptible inside the car with the windows up or down after 55mph. I might take out the resonator, or maybe I'll go for some 40s like I should have in the first place.
