It's OEM nissan burnt orange. Had a buddy order it for me through o'reilly's. Same stuff on the GTRs errr or the juke rather but from a spray can! LOL
That's the color I'm aiming for and the VHT might be as close as I get. Thanks!

BTW, not sure if you guys have this in your area, but we have a paint shop here locally that will match ANY color (either giving them a paint code from an OEM, or bringing a sample they can scan) and put it in any type of container you'd like, including an aerosol can (large or small) or even one of those touch up paint bottles with the small brush under the lid. I had them match some powdercoat I had on some lawn furniture and put it in a spray can so I could cover some rust and then I even got them to put some perfectly matched touch up paint bottle for those metallic bronze TE37 wheels I used to have. There was a very tiny scuff I wanted to cover and it worked perfect as well.

Anyway, pretty cool place....just sharing, LOL.

Thanks! Obviously it appears to be holding up on your brakes even though it's not high temp rated, but has there been any fading or whatnot? That would be my concern with a DD vs your stage 26 weight reduction race car.
I coated them in a UV resistant heavy clear coat. I would assume being a paint that is suppose to be on a car that the fade wouldn't really happen. I will say however I didn't have it on the car for more than maybe 1-2 months before she went down so I can't say too much more than that.

Anybody have recommendations on 28" stickies for 17" wheels? Seems like there is a good bunch of options to go with. Was thinking of trying a slick this time around as it would be a devoted drag pack.

Some Hoosier 28.0/10R17 maybe?
Looks like Hoosier and M&H are the big dogs most people use. My buddies M&H tires are sticky just to the touch to begin with. I figure about any 28" tire might be axle breaking enough tractionwise, but good to look around I suppose. I did find that federal 595 make a 255/55/17 that I will probably get for the rears though... Tough looking tread LOL

I honestly haven't looked too too hard.

And for today's adventure!! Cut up the bumper for more cooling. With my new crash bar nice and tight just before the top grill I figured I'd take a moment and optimize some cooling potential.

Honestly I think the triangles was way better than circles. Still looks funky but you know function over form. Once the core support and stuff back in it'll be less noticeable but really happy with it all things considered. And hearts sound like a task but you are super good at getting the fine details so go for it lol

It’s crazy how much more vehicles weigh these days.
I need to weigh the track SHO. It was under 3200 full weight, so I can only imagine it’s in the 2600 range now.

However, do you have the factory stats on your track SHO? How long how wide and how tall was it? It seems cars have gotten bigger at an exponential rate. Similar to the waist line of average Americans... Just Sayin’

It's like how the new small trucks are the size of the 90s work trucks! Everything getting bigger!

If I get a free min tomorrow, I'm going to tweak this image for another idea should you want to change it up later.
