jerking and pulling

Hi,
I pulled out on the road the other day and my 90 sho started cutting out, its now very bad ..pulling and jerking around like your popping the clutch but it happens whlie going down the road any gear or rpm .. it doesnt cut out at all in nuetral though.. the only way i can get it going now is to keep the clutch pedal depressed half way and feather it.. any ideas???

Classic symptom of CID sensor failure.

Run your codes first!

Try running with the sensor unplugged. It may take several tries to get the engine to start and you WILL have a CEL, but you will be looking to see if the bucking is eliminated with the CID disconnected.
