Is this eBay HID kit a good deal?

He really seems to have a good write-up of all the specs and necessary information about the HID kit. Seems like a guy who knows what he's talking about.

(P.S. I know the auction is technically for a non-9007 bulb but the guy said the winner can choose from any bulb configuration.)

I wish I had the $365.00 to spend, I'd go with it.

Seems to have plenty of good feedback too.

And the few complaints that he does have are either resolved or dealt with.
