Turbo Kits on Ebay

Has anyone checked out these supposed "SHO Turbo Kits" listed on ebay ?

I don't know anything about turbos so I don't know if these are good or not or what the real big difference is between these kits. The seller is a top-rated seller and he lists all the parts included with each kit.

They are not actual SHO turbo kits. Just some random Turbo parts.

I wouldn't buy a turbo for 399 nevertheless a "kit". That turbo probably wouldn't more than a couple hundred miles.

These kits are only general kits , they slam in the SHO name to try to get you.

Plus from what ive heard so far , Turbo + ebay = fail.

Sorry for the duplicate record. I searched for some threads and couldn't find any.
I know what the forum rules are and I don't mean to break them but how else is one supposed to ask the question? It's not like I was promoting them (which I believe is the intended reason for the rule- correct me if I'm wrong administrator)
