I repaired the tranny line that was folded to get ready for putting in the new header panel....and decided that the ac in Ginger is never gonna be back in on etc. The condenser is half crushed in the front from a deer hit, it has to leak, the lines are rusty and there is no ac compressor, although I do have one that'll serve as the pulley to replace that wrong by pass pulley. So I'm thinking, I'm just going to take out the ac lines and stuff around the radiator, it's rusty, broken, zip tied into place in a couple places and having it out will make it all the easier to work in areas. So,,,,the short winded question is...Can I just tear out the components that are connected to it without any consequence to the rest of the systems in the car, Like heating and such...

Good news bad news

Got the carpet out, all the way out, ready for a good cleaning, and I knew there was bad rust ...that's her name...Ginger...cause the rt rear cradle mount is gone and home boy fixed with a welded L up to the good metal.... Now I'm gonna have to get back to the welder and see what he says about whats missing. He looked under before and saw the carpet and said he could get it right for between 3 and 6 hundred. I'll never take her to the crusher... I can't do it...ahhhhh, no not that!!! Maybe I'll take out every single part and then take it to the crusher. The engine is really the youngest of the three by 50k miles and it has great 400.00 rear brakes and lines etc...and a starter as of this weekend.

And finally, I worked on what while be Babe's headlights when I am finished.

Yes, I pulled the entire system out of mine minus the compressor and evaporator and haven't had any problems.
