The picture c.rod posted is of a 96, it does not have fender badges. 97-99 do.

96-98's have different wheels than 99's

and that car is DEFINATELY a SLO

thats an LX right? Ive only seen those rims on the LX models.

Hard to say. Ford changed those designations quite a bit over the Gen 3 timeframe. It does have body colored rocker moldings though, and only the top of the line SLO's got them (and all Sables IIRC).

oh yah, didnt notice the rocker panels being white. I never look at them, but thinking about it my moms SE had gray composite moldings. I guess the front bumper was the straight up give-away

thats a 98 or 99 g3 duratec. those wheels were first made in '92 and those were the common '92 slo wheels from what ive found, they came on g3 duratec's too. not a SHO, guaranteed

I'm can't tell a gen3 SHO from a SLO. Is this a V8? Has a fender badge but the wheels look like SLO. Other gen3's at auction do not have a fender badge. It's a 98 with 140K

Now Bill I thought you were the SHO expert!!!
