IMRC = Intake Manifold Runner Control, which opens the secondary butterflies in your lower intake above 3400 RPM. It's mounted to your front valve cover and has a cable which attaches to the butterfly actuator on the lower intake.

ECT = Engine Coolant Temperature, which is a sensor that tells the PCM (Powertrain Control Module -- the car's computer) what the temp. of the coolant is for various engine management functions. It is located in the water outlet housing below the throttle body.

FWIW, http://www.v8sho.com has a lot of these kinds of acronyms defined, many with even more information than I've provided here. Just type the acronym into the Google search box on the main page.

IRCM=Integrated Relay Control Module. The proper current SAE terminology for that part is now CCRM=Constant Control Relay Module. On the V6 it's located under the radiator sight shield. Try posting in the V6 troubleshooting section.
