New to the forum. Name is Jonathan, heavily involved in motorsports in general. drag racing, autox, parts development, etc. Currently swapping record holding for fastest 4200 trailblazer with Calvin nelson from nivlac57. Had a few cars weve built on magazine covers. Now im getting into the 3.5 ecoboost platform from something that sort of fell into my lap.
Wanted to share what im working on and learn more about the platform in general. Always building weird stuff. Have a slowly growing youtube channel as well. we have a 2013 taurus sho interceptor body swapped with an 85 ranger long bed. the wheel base is the same. its going to become a hoonitruck replica this year and we are making some changes.
I didnt do the body swap, another team from Grassroots did. material girls racing. plenty of articles on the truck and the all girl team. i took it over this year when they sold it and plan to refine the build as well as make it a little quicker than it is (11.7 @116mph current pb).
