Could i get the same result by lowering the strut in the housing and cutting one coil off an intrax spring. I hear alot of people talk about cutting their springs. Im not big into that because you lose strut travel, so is this a good alternitive?

You can't really drop the strut into the knuckle in the front any without worrying about tearing up the CV boots. You can drop the rears a bit without cutting coils.

agreed.

You have a VERY small about of room to drop the strut until it enters contact with the CV boot.

And even more important, even LESS room before your tire will hit the spring perch.

So, would it be best to cut one coil in the front and drop in the knuckle out back. I am looking for a lowered rake look. how much can i drop in the rear?
