Interior Question??

I am looking at a 1998 Taurus SHO that is White with TAN leather. I just wanted to know is the tan leather in 1998 different from the tan leather color interior in a 1999 SHO? I seem to notice that in 1999 it is rather a lighter tan color such as beige unless the picture angles I am looking at are making it seem that way. Please let me know. Thank You.

Very late reply, but no, they are the same color in 98 and 99.

Is the tan interior the same through all 4 years, or did it change with tail lights? 96-97, and 98-99

all i know for sure is there are two tan interiors. one is the darker sadle color which i believe only came with the dark black/grey dash and console, then the lighter tan which everything was the same color.

Yep this is what I've seen in pictures. Some 99's (others maybe???) had an all tan dash. The color shure looks lighter than the Black/Tan combo interiors.

my dash is all tan (99 white/tan) but the pass airbag cover looks a lot lighter. trying to figure outif it is due fade or a replacement cover

mine used to be alot darker than it is today. sun fade from not being garaged faded it to a pretty light tan. you can still see the original color by folding down the rear arm rest.

Theres a green 99 on eBay that has the all tan dash instead of the Black/Tan combo. Looks alot lighter than the earlier cars.
