Notice I have some standing water on my passenger side floor mat after it rains, glove box is dry and it appears to be leaking down from where the A-pillar meets the dash. I've heard sunroof drain potentially but not sure how I would clean that out

clear sunroof drain by compressed air or pliable line like weed eater or anything that won't damage the rubber drain tubes. Test each drain first with some water to see if it backs up and doesn't drain properly. Then try to clean it out and retest. If the drains all work then move on to look at windshield seal and roof drain channel seams cracked/leaking, and so on. You might have to chase this with a hose to locate it. Start at low seal/seam areas and work your way up methodically.

There should be 4 drains one dumping into each corner to the ground. You need to get the air right up in there. Not canned air for computer dust. Get a piece of tubing attached to a nozzle of the compressor hose and shoot some air through it. Not easy if you don't have a compressor. Any shop should have one if you can beg someone to shoot it through for free/cheap. I would get some water and a funnel or roll up paper or something to act like a funnel if you can't get a cup over the holes individually. Pour liquid and see if it drains well or backs up. If you don't have air, get a pliable long piece of line or whatever you can think of to fish through there and snake the drain hose. Make sure what you shove in there won't damage the drain hose from the vehicle to the outlet.
In my older cars you can see the rear drain hoses run down the c-pillars, through the trunk, through the floorpan, and drain out the back (probably have some trunk trim pieces covering it up. Same for front. drain for each A-pillar and drain out the front. THis vehicle may have the same location or slightly different out the back. The concept is universal though.

For future reference and anyone that happens to have the same issue a normal drinking straw fits perfectly in there, grabbed an air compressor and shot air through it and it seemed to solve the issue! Went ahead and did the door drains as well and found several gallons worth of water in them
Had same issue. Plastic line from weed whacker is best to run thru drain holes. Could also use a speedometer cable. Ive heard compressed air could cause the drain line to become disconnected although i did not experience this. Good idea to clear drain holes regularly.

I had this exact same issue Monday after heavy rains here in Tennessee. It could be the sunroof, but I've read it could also be the drains at the bottom of the windshield/under the wipers that get clogged, causing water to back up and drip through the blower motor or the in-cabin air filter. I haven't started to address it yet but I found a good write up here.
This is where I'm going to troubleshoot mine. I did have some water leak once around the map lights/sunglass holder that I'm sure was the sunroof drains but I just try not to drive it when I know it's going to rain lol. When I get around to looking at this current issue I'm going to work on the sunroof drains as well.

Usually the floor on the passenger side being wet is from the ac drain valve under the car right in that spot being clogged. Also under the doors where the rubber is. Pull up on it abit and there is slits you can clean out with a thin flathead to drain the doors. When the sunroof leaks it causes water at the rearview mirror and light controls. Use weed wacker rope. I bet wacker is starred out
