Interchangeable parts?

I went to the Ford dealer today to have my battery placed after having it jumped 2 times in the past 3 days. (Bad battery) and was checking out the tail lights on the new SHO they're pretty much the same plus I like how the whole rear lights light-up even on the trunk lid. They look exactly the same as mine so will 2013 and up tail lights fit on a 2012?

Need to replace the entire trunklid. Plus I am not sure the lights are wired up the same either, but that is a relatively minor issue.
