The exterior color of this project truck will be Mazda Black Cherry Mica, a color that shifts from burgundy red to black to chocolate brown depending on lighting. I decided I wanted to accent the engine with it and so far I have timing covers painted in it and I did the coil cover too, but I don't think I will be using the coil cover (Considering following Phoenix's footsteps in the COP project).
I have always had a love of Alfa engines and their "chrome runners", so going to get the exterior of the runners coated in something like Jet Hot's Sterling. I am wondering if painting the tanks in the same Mazda color would be too much?
