i just recently replaced my timing belt/front seal/ cam seals/ crank pos sensor/ in my 90 sho. my advice to you would be to invest in a strap wrench and follow the steps from the phoenix project. and definately get the pvc pipe that they suggest.
good luck

oh
my 95atx tensioner has 2 little holes in the middle but they are not allen wrench, just holes. and the center of the pulley is offset and it will swivel on the main bolt taking out the slack. i used 2 allen wreches that atleast fit in the holes and kinda bound them together to turn it and then tightened the main bolt. i hope it worked. I still dont know how tight it should be. any suggestion?

Ummm... There's no nice way to say this, but you did it wrong (please excuse the poor grammar). :(

On the ATX, you should leave the pulley alone, and just remove the hydraulic tensioner. Since you've apparently already relieved the preset position of the pulley, you're going to want to search the forum for the alternate tensioning method posted by projectSHO89 that shows how to do it without the Rotunda tools.

Thanks for the depressing info, Mr A. If i can get tension back on the offset pulley as i stated previous, wouldnt that reload the tensioner arm hydraulic piston.??
