cool that is what I thought....and i believe the same is true on the water temp also!

Well I think im gonna drill and tap a hole in the aluminum housing above the tranny , the housing that links both heads.

is it possible to just connect to the current water temp sender so that it will run both the stock gauge and the autometer electric water temp gauge!

I recomend using a "T" fitting on both the oil and water temp sensors. This way you get to keep both the stock and aftermarket guages working. I have done this on my own car and it has been working nicely for years.

I agree, I am just saying that the sender for the autometer water gauge is very very similar to the stock sender.....I am going to try to connect my autometer wire to the stock water temp sensor along with the stock wire to see if it will run both....if it doesn't work, then I can always do the T!

So you went with electrical instead of mechanical on the oil pressure gauge?
