A little bit of an update... I haven't driven the car in a couple weeks due to a bad wheel bearing which has slowly gotten to a point where I won't drive it until it's fixed. I did not get a chance to go to the dyno a few weeks ago due to other stuff going on and not getting a chance to fully tune the car where I want since flushing out all the 93 octane.
What I can say that the car has gotten considerably faster with just E85 and a few degrees more timing (3 degrees across the board - still could probably get another 5+ in there). I don't have a before video, but back when I was on gas, I raced my buddies E85 - STi turbo swapped WRX and we were dead even to where I would just slightly make a pull before having to shift. Now, he's added an equal length header (probably added ~20 ft-lbs) and I have done E85 and a little tuning and the result is pretty significant (you can get an idea of what that WRX is capable of in the videos above).

I have also not had any issues with the E85. I even pulled the pump to replace with a larger 320 lph pump and everything in the tank looked just as it did the last time I had the pump out in 2007.
I have lost traction in 2nd gear again which was previously gained back with bigger, wider, stickier tires. Now, when I roll onto the throttle in 2nd gear around 40mph, I start laying dark strips with smoke by 50mph.
NOW... Is anyone else bought any ID's yet?!
