Since having completely maxed out my current injectors, I have been talking with Tony at T1, as well as doing my own research and it looks like we might be able to fit Injector Dynamics fuel injectors without modification (hoping like ****). Here in the next week or so, I will be placing an order for a set of ID1000's (~95 lb/hr) and see if they'll fit into the SHO setup.
The information I currently have for fitting ID1000's (ID2000's aren't the same):
Stock rails - ID1000-60-11
Bored rails - ID1000-60-14
Since my rails are already bored, I will be going with the ID1000-60-14. At minimum, I already know they'll fit into the rails. The question is really how they'll sit in the head. I'll first try fitting with the supplied O-ring, and if that doesn't sit right, the stock O-ring. I do not know the diameter of the portion below the bottom O-ring, so that could likely be an issue.
As far as PnP... The ID1000 uses an EV6 connector where our V6 Yamaha's use an EV1. There are quite a few options for adapters.

The injectors:
ID1000-60-11
ID1000-60-14
Injector Offset/Latency and Scalar/Flow values (I've read they provide Ford HS/LS/BP data as well)
I have tuned with these injectors, as well as ID2000's on 2.5L Subaru motors and I have been able to get even the ID2000's (2,200 cc = 210 lb/hr) to idle like stock! I suspect these will be just as easy to tune on the SHO, but I will keep this thread updated as to the status. These are pretty much the best injectors you can buy, but they're not as cheap as the Accel's, coming in at $720 + adapters. I am aware that these injectors will not be needed by the majority here, but anyone wanting BIG power, these are the injectors to get... If they fit.
Once I have these in, it will be hard not to try some E85. I will also have a 320lph pump hardwired to the battery with a relay. For the sake of my transmission, I probably shouldn't...
